Hello there..this post is for people who would like to take a hathway connection . Pls do not commit a mistake. No1 they do not respond to your queries when you want instead keep pestering you for new offers or to pay your bills before due date.. hathway literally begs n disturbs customers like anything.. iam sure they call us everyday for something. Iam really irritated with the ample number of useless calls they make.. god sake the internet speed n rest is good .. thats the only reason iam still with their broadband service.. my kind request to hathway. Pls do not disturb customer with unwanted calls. We haven't took a credit from you.. its our choice to make payments n enjoy your service.. pls do not force any customer.. it is not ethical..
